Scope of Work

A Light Industrial Township devoted to small-scale and workshop-based light industries is planned and designed as part of this project. In order to establish a practical, accessible, and well-organized industrial environment, the scope include the arrangement of industrial plots, green areas, road networks, and service facilities. The township is intended to accommodate a variety of light industrial enterprises and is divided into several plots, each of which is roughly half a gerib in size.

Key Deliverables & Achievements:

  • Thorough master planning for a municipality with modest industry
  • The site was divided into 1,592 industrial plots, with an average of roughly 0.5 gerib.
  • Planning and categorization of seven light industry sectors
  • Planning and allocation of twenty distinct service facility types
  • Internal road network design that ensures effective circulation and access
  • Green space provision to improve the quality of the environment
  • Infrastructure and services are integrated to support workshop-based industries.
