Scope Of Work

The project comprises the planning and building of a multi-phase refinery with a production capacity of 1,000 tons of fuel each phase throughout 5 stages, plus a fully integrated residential complex. The residential zone comprises all basic facilities such as parks, a central business district (CBD), and a university, aimed to create a viable, sustainable, and self-sufficient society.

Key Deliverables & Achievements:

  • Master planning for the 5-phase refinery, each with 1,000-ton fuel capacity
  • Design and allocation of a fully integrated residential area
  • Provision of essential community facilities:

Parks and green spaces
Central Business District (CBD)
University and educational facilities
